- Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Valid membership in the Engineers Association.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blue-prints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with field teams.
